When Covid-19 forced workplaces remote overnight, RemoteWork.no was co-founded to help businesses adapt: courses teaching digital collaboration tools to streamline work processes, promote innovation, and turn obligatory video calls into meetings people actually wanted to attend.

As co-founder and digital facilitator (2020–2022), Thrivbe’s founder designed and delivered the formats — workshops, digital conferences, courses, and webinars for the private and public sectors — the asynchronous, remote-first collaboration practice that Thrivbe still builds on.

Arena NAV Ung — co-creation across Norway

Designed and facilitated the digital collaboration process for Arena NAV Ung, where 300 NAV advisors and young users met digitally from all across Norway to discuss how to create better services for young users — a nationwide co-creation process that would have been impossible to run in a room.
