Mingle Collaboration
Website and AI knowledge infrastructure for a Berlin collaboration consultancy — from brand-true marketing site to a citation-backed RAG assistant.
Mingle Collaboration is a Berlin-based consultancy for collaborative leadership, systems thinking, and team development — workshops and programs that help organizations navigate complexity together.
Thrivbe is their digital partner: we built the public face of the company and are prototyping the AI layer of their learning products.
The website
minglecollaboration.com is a fast React single-page application with seven routes — services, programs, team, and the Lernforum 2026 — built on Mingle’s own brand system (their palette, their voice) with scroll-triggered motion design and lead capture wired into their pipeline. Lean by design: a minimal dependency footprint that their team can actually maintain.
The knowledge assistant
For a German professional association, we designed and prototyped a citation-backed AI knowledge assistant: members ask questions and get answers grounded in the association’s own approved documents — every claim cited with document, section, and page. Board curators approve what enters the knowledge base; an analytics view shows citation rates and topic gaps so governance stays human.
Beyond Q&A, the assistant has a “sparring mode” — it detects open-ended questions, asks clarifying ones back, and produces structured decision support: options, pros and cons, risks, next steps — plus one-click artifacts like summaries, decision notes, and email drafts.
What we built
- — Website — minglecollaboration.com (React SPA, 7 routes, brand system, lead capture)
- — Citation-backed RAG knowledge assistant (Supabase + pgvector, Claude, document approval workflow)
- — Sparring mode + one-click artifact generation
- — Admin analytics: citation rate, topic gaps, query insight
