Future Leaders Global

Future Leaders Global is a voluntary, distributed, and self-organizing leadership community working to mobilize the next generation of conscious leaders — connecting young changemakers across European cities with the programs, tools, and communities they need to lead with purpose.

Over five years Thrivbe’s founder served the network as community coordinator, program developer, corporate facilitator, and project lead — directly part of 500+ young leaders’ journeys, and the engagement shaped much of the collaboration methodology Thrivbe applies today.

Community coordination across 4 cities

Member recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention across a distributed network — and the lead coordinator role over the city-level community coordinators in 4 cities. The unglamorous, essential craft of keeping a community alive across time zones: rhythms, rituals, and the structures that make belonging scale.

Program development — 8 cohorts, 6 cities

Eight six-month NGO leadership cohorts, plus a co-created international leadership curriculum implemented across 6 cities. Founder and program lead of the Copenhagen, Barcelona, and Berlin programs, which together developed 130+ future leaders — Berlin started solo as a deliberate experiment in a self-organizing model that could scale the mission more easily.

Corporate facilitation — DNB & Storebrand

Three six-month corporate leadership-development programs delivered inside DNB and Storebrand — in-person and virtual workshops bringing conscious-leadership practice into companies: regenerative business thinking, stakeholder governance, and the facilitation craft that turns a meeting into a turning point.
