Future Leaders Global, launched in 2017, is a network mobilizing the next generation of conscious leaders — connecting young changemakers across continents with the programs, tools, and communities they need to lead with purpose.

Thrivbe’s founder served the network in three roles, and the engagement shaped much of the collaboration methodology Thrivbe applies today.

Community coordination

Member recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention across a globally distributed network — the unglamorous, essential craft of keeping a community alive across time zones: rhythms, rituals, and the structures that make belonging scale.

Program development

Designing cohort curricula, workshop formats, and learning pathways for conscious-leadership development — programs structured to travel across countries and cultures without losing their core.
