Can agents run the whole sales motion around one human?

Sales OS

  • Twenty CRM
  • Claude agents
  • Meeting pipeline

Hypothesis

Sales for a founder isn't a pipeline problem — it's a follow-through problem. If agents own everything around the conversations (preparation, capture, CRM hygiene, next-step tracking), the human only does the one thing agents can't: show up and be trusted.

What we built

A sales operating system wired into the AI OS: every meeting flows through the analyser into context documents; an open-source CRM holds the pipeline, kept current by agents rather than discipline; and the Command Center opens on a "Today" view — who you're meeting, what matters, what was promised — with a pipeline view beside it. The human's job compresses to conversations and decisions; the system owns the memory.

Learnings

  • CRM hygiene is the perfect agent job precisely because no human sustains it. The pipeline is finally accurate now that nobody has to update it.
  • Context beats reminders: a morning brief of "what was said last time and what you promised" outperforms any task list.
  • Design around the operator's real behaviour, not the ideal one — this system exists because outbound discipline was never going to happen by willpower.
