Hypothesis
A decade of professional connections is a dataset you own but have never seen. Exporting, enriching, and structuring it — people, organisations, conversation history — should reveal the actual shape of your network: where your reach is real, where it's stale, and who the bridges are.
What we built
A private enrichment pipeline over our own professional network export — roughly two thousand people and eighteen hundred organisations — matched against professional and public sources, and browsable inside our Command Center alongside the conversation history we already hold. The output is for our eyes only; what we publish is the pattern, not the people.
Learnings
- Matching people to organisations is the hard 20%: names collide, companies rebrand, and a visible "unmatched" state is more honest than a wrong guess.
- The network you think you have and the one the data shows are different networks. Recency analysis is humbling — reach decays quietly.
- This category of experiment runs under our data-protection counsel's rules: personal data stays in our systems, enrichment is purpose-limited, and the public artifact is aggregate insight only.
Log
- 2026-07-02 — Enrichment pass complete; unmatched records flagged honestly rather than force-matched.
- 2026-06-10 — Network export structured into the Command Center.
