What does an AI organisation's org-chart look like?

Hypothesis

Once you run dozens of agents, skills, and scheduled processes, nobody — including you — can hold the org in their head. The hierarchy of an AI organisation should be rendered like any other org: as a living chart, from the human at the top to every timer at the bottom.

What we built

An interactive map of the AI OS inside our Command Center: the human, the kernel, worker agents, specialist personas, skills, and scheduled processes laid out as a navigable node graph. A second view renders the agent-and-skill network as a force graph, so capability clusters and orphaned skills become visible.

Learnings

  • Drawing the org chart is an audit: we found duplicate capabilities, skills no agent used, and one process nobody remembered arming.
  • Hierarchy view and network view answer different questions — "who reports to whom" versus "what capabilities cluster together". You need both.
