# Thrivbe

> Thrivbe helps organizations streamline digital collaboration and facilitate participatory virtual and physical events, fostering inclusive, self-organizing, and thriving communities. We design systems for collective intelligence, open-source systems thinking, and distributed leadership.

Thrivbe combines facilitation craft with AI-supported tooling. Our work spans collaboration audits and roadmaps, digital event and facilitation services, community infrastructure, and AI "digital teammates" that help teams move from scattered conversation to shared action.
